Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return policies vary depending on whether you are located within the United States or internationally.

For US Customers

Loose Stones

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be received by us within 30 days of delivery, in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

    Returns received after the 30-day window will not be accepted. Aurélinne will provide relevant labels so the shipment is received within the 30 day period.
  • Free Return Allowance: One complimentary stone return is allowed within any rolling 60-day period.
  • Additional Returns: Any further stone returns within that 60-day window will incur a $50 restocking fee per stone, deducted from your refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: A prepaid label will be provided for all eligible returns.
  • How to Start a Return: Contact us at help@aurelinne.com to receive your prepaid shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Custom Jewelry

All custom jewelry and engagement rings created through our Ring Builder are final sale. Each piece is handcrafted to order based on your selected diamond, setting, and specifications, making it unique to you. Because of this personalized process, we’re unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. We recommend double-checking your ring size, diamond choice, and design details before placing your order to ensure your piece is exactly as envisioned.

For International Customers (Outside the US)

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. The package must be shipped and postmarked within this period.
  • Free Return Allowance: One stone return is allowed without a restocking fee within any rolling 60-day period.
  • Additional Returns: Any further stone returns within that 60-day window will incur a $50 restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: International customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Refunds

  • You will receive a notification once we have received and inspected your return, confirming whether your refund has been approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at help@aurelinne.com.
