About Our Diamonds

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes. Every loose diamond at Aurélinne is either GIA or IGI certified.

Does Aurélinne provide certificates?

You will typically receive the original physical certificate with your diamond. However, for GIA-certified diamonds between 0.15 and 2.99 carats graded on or after January 1, 2023, the GIA has transitioned to digital-only reports. Diamonds certified before this date will still include a printed certificate. Each qualifying diamond will be accompanied by a GIA-branded security label with a QR code, allowing you to access and verify the digital certificate online.

What types of diamonds do you offer?

We offer hand-selected, natural and lab grown loose diamonds in a range of cuts, carat weights, and clarity grades. Each stone is curated for optimal brilliance, ethical sourcing, and long-term value.

Can I come see my diamond in person?

Aurélinne is an online-only brand by design. By eliminating the costs of a physical showroom, we’re able to offer exceptional, IGI/GIA certified diamonds at uncompromised value — without the retail markup.

Shipment

How long does a typical order take?

Each Aurélinne diamond goes through a meticulous journey before it reaches your hands:

  1. Your selected diamond is sourced from our trusted network
  2. It then arrives at our headquarters for expert inspection and authentication
  3. Once approved, it is securely shipped to you via insured express service

This entire process takes approximately 7–10 business days from the time your order is placed.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your diamond leaves our headquarters.

Is the shipment insured?

Yes — all shipments from Aurélinne are fully insured for the total value of your order during transit. Your purchase is protected from the moment it leaves our facility until it safely arrives at your doorstep.

Can I purchase from outside the US?

Yes, we do ship internationally.

If you experience any issues during checkout, please reach out to us directly and our team will assist you right away.

Will I be charged additional tariffs?

For US customers: You won’t owe anything beyond the purchase price at checkout.

For international customers: Your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by your country and will need to be paid separately upon delivery.

Returns

Does Aurélinne provide free returns?

At Aurélinne, your satisfaction is as precious to us as the diamonds we curate.

For loose diamonds, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify, your return package must be shipped and postmarked within those 30 days.

Please note: We allow only one free return per customer within a rolling 60-day period. Any return exceeding that limit is charged a restocking fee. This helps us maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our curated inventory.

For custom engagement rings and jewelry created through our Ring Builder, all sales are final. Each piece is individually handcrafted to order based on your chosen diamond, setting, and specifications, making it uniquely yours. As a result, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Is there a restocking fee?

Typically, Aurélinne does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns. However, in cases where multiple returns are initiated within a 60-day rolling window, a $50 restocking fee may apply. This policy allows us to maintain the exclusivity and condition of our curated diamond selection while ensuring fairness to all clients.

Are Shipping Labels provided?

For eligible returns, Aurélinne provides a prepaid, fully insured return shipping label. This ensures your diamond is protected throughout transit and returned to us safely.
